The next BSGE webinar will take place on July 28th at 6pm. The session is titled ‘Laparoscopic Transabdominal Cerclage – experience from opposite ends of the world.’

The webinar will include an overview of laparoscopic cerclage from two world experts, who have amongst the largest data sets on outcomes of laparoscopic cerclage in the world. Associate Professor Alex Ades from the Royal Women’s Hospital Melbourne will present on laparoscopic transabdominal cerclage and Ertan Saridogan from UCL will discuss interval laparoscopic cerclage; technique and obstetric outcome.

The webinar will also provide a detailed overview of the history of cerclage and an excellent opportunity to learn tips and tricks for performing a safe and effective cerclage both pre and during pregnancy. The session will be chaired by Mez Aref-Adib and Rebecca Mallick.
