Chair of BSGE Industry and Member relations

I am a Consultant Gynaecologist at Cromwell Hospital, London, with over 15 years’ experience as a consultant specialising in advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynaecological surgery. I am now leading one of the busiest BSGE accredited endometriosis centre in UK which is providing the widest range of multi-speciality support to the patients.
My professional journey has been shaped by curiosity, innovation, and a desire to improve outcomes. I progressed from advanced laparoscopy to multi-port robotic surgery and now lead the UK’s only single-port robotic gynaecology programme.
I am now European proctor Single port and multiport robotic surgery contributing widely to further the training of surgeons. Education and training sit at the heart of my practice. I have founded and led advanced courses in laparoscopic skills, hysterectomy, and endometriosis surgery over the last 15 years, including my role as Simulation Lead for Health Education England.
I have organised structured training and mentored surgeons across the UK, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, with a commitment to raising standards in minimal access surgery. Research and innovation underpin my practice, with regular contributions to national and international meetings and collaborative projects.
I have also served as a senior council member of BIARGS, gaining insight into society governance. My career demonstrates commitment to excellence in surgery, education, research, and leadership.
I believe this is the time to serve the Society, and shaping a future for gynaecological endoscopy in the UK. I would be honoured to serve to advance innovation,, training, and women’s health.
