The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy exists to improve standards, promote training and encourage the exchange of information in minimal access surgery techniques for women with gynaecological problems. The BSGE defines standards for EndoCentre accreditation but this does not include any clinical assessment or regulation of the doctors who work in the Endocentres.
