The BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) 2026 will take place from Wednesday, 29th April to Friday, 1st May 2026.

The BSGE ASM26 will be an in-person event. Sessions will be available on-demand after the event for registered in-person attendees only.

The QEII Centre is less than a 5-minute walk from the River Thames and just 2 minutes from a Royal Park. It is exceptionally well-connected by public transport and within one hour of five international airports.

There is no on-site parking at the Centre. Several car parks are located nearby, though spaces are limited.

BSGE ASM26 is designed for medical professionals, students, and anyone with an interest in gynaecological endoscopy.

Sessions will cover topics including endometriosis, fertility, ectopic pregnancy, best practices, and robotic surgery in benign gynaecology.

Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bsge@rcog.org.uk
  • Attendees must ensure cancellations are received by 15th April 2026.

Refund Policy

  • A £25 administrative fee applies to cancellations received by 15th April 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15th April 2026 or for non-attendance on the day.

Substitutions

  • Substitute delegates are welcome at any time before the event.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to bsge@outsourcedevents.com

The BSGE is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to:
