People who join a Committee meeting are present only as observers. Public observers will be able to listen to the business of the meeting, except where confidential information is being discussed. However, public observers will not be able to participate in the committee’s discussions, ask questions, take part in voting, or put their views to the members of the committee

Registration will close on Monday 21^st December 2020 and NICE emphasised that they are not able to accept late requests to observe the meeting.
