It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 2026 BSGE Ambulatory Care Network (ACN) Meeting in Birmingham.
The meeting will take place at the VOX (https://www.voxvenue.co.uk/) located next to the NEC in Birmingham, running over 2 days, from lunchtime Thursday 26th to lunchtime Friday 27th February, so you have time to arrive and get back home for your weekend. This VOX has further capacity to allow for even more delegates after we sold out last time, and we are sure that it won’t disappoint. The venue is exclusive to the ACN during the conference and as always, registration includes lunches on both days, refreshments, an evening meal and overnight accommodation.
As before, we will be focusing on ambulatory interventions for diagnosing and treating uterine and genital tract problems with hysteroscopy, ultrasound, new pharmaceuticals and other novel technologies. The pressure on waiting lists has really shone a light on ambulatory care and a greater apparent willingness to expand and invest within the NHS and private providers.
We will be avoiding didactic lectures (apart from our key note – the world famous Prof Attilio Di Spiezio Sardo, Professor of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Head of Hysteroscopy Unit & Director of the Residency Program University Federico II of Naples) and concentrating on audience interaction, discussion and sharing ideas. We will have updates, interesting cases, troubleshooting, operative techniques, innovations, debates etc.
We had 250 attendees at last year’s meeting and we hope for similar numbers or even more this time. We are sure that you all will be ready for a great meeting in Feb after dusting off the post-Christmas blues!
