We just monitor ours, all equipment gets checked as it’s coming out of sterilising packaging. We only replace if broken or I guess if it was starting to show signs of wear. Our cssd are really good and also send back not fit for use if there are any problems.
Single use are also available we stock some of these too in case all graspers are out. Hope this helps
