This one day course is aimed at gynaecology surgical trainees and consultants who are new to robotic surgery. The generic skills covered in this course will help you to manage complex pelvic pathology. Course is aimed to increase knowledge and understanding of retroperitoneal pelvic anatomy with emphasis on URETEROLYSIS (Gateway to managing complex pathology) and DEVASCULARISATION of uterus. This will be demonstrated during live surgery streaming. Learning principles of avascular dissection and nerve sparing surgery will helps you to reduce operative complications. Delegates will benefit from console experience, master robotic assisted dissection and suturing during hands on practical session.
