If you’re flying into Leeds Bradford Airport, the Royal Armouries Museum is about 30 minutes away by car or taxi.

From the airport, you can take the Flying Tiger Bus 757 to Leeds city centre. The bus will drop you at Leeds Bus Station, and from there, you can either walk to the museum (about 20 minutes) or take Bus 70 directly to Clarence Dock, which is near the museum.

Alternatively, taxis are readily available at the airport and provide a more direct route.

Yes. Refreshments and a light lunch will be offered throughout the three days of the conferences, and there will be two conference dinners on the Wednesday and a Gala Dinner on the Thursday. If attending, please indicate your dietary requirements when you register for the conference.

No. There is an attendance fee to attend BSGE ASM 2025 when you pre-register to attend. Come and join us! Click here to register.

The BSGE ASM 2025 is designed for medical professionals, students and those with a vested interest in the work of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy. There will be discussions around and sessions covering topics such as endometriosis, fertility, ectopic pregnancy, best practice and robotic surgery in benign gynaecology. All are welcome!

Yes, you will be able to register for one of the eleven pre-congress workshops which will take place in various locations across Leeds on April 29th. Please click here to start your registration, where you will be able to register and select if you would like to attend a pre-congress workshops.

Yes! There will be networking events such as drinks receptions and dinners which you will be able to register for when registering online for an in-person ticket. Please see below for information on each event, which you will be able to select and pay for during registration.

Yes you will be able to register on-site, but we recommend pre-registering online to benefit from a discounted registration fee.

The dress code for BSGE ASM 2025 for the conference is business casual. The dress code for the Gala Dinner is black tie.

Yes, there will be a cloakroom to store bags and coats but there will be limited space.
