Guidelines for abstract submission
 
Abstracts are invited for inclusion in the programme as either oral, poster or video presentations. Please indicate whether your presentation is consideration for oral, poster or video presentation.
 
Please note if your abstract cannot be accepted for an oral presentation, it will automatically be considered for a poster.
 
Authors must declare conflict of interest.
 
The presenter of the poster/oral/ video presentation will need to register for the meeting.
 
Prizes will be awarded for Best Oral, Best Poster and Best Video Presentations.
 
SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS:
 
Please complete the abstract template and submit the abstract via email to the BSGE secretary Atia Khan (bsge@rcog.org.uk). Ideally, the subject line of the email should be "BSGE 2012 Abstract - author surname”.
 
The submitting author will be sent an email advising the receipt of the abstract. If such advice is not received within 5 working days, please contact Atia Khan at bsge@rcog.org.uk to ensure that it has not gone astray.
 
Please limit the word count to 250 and use Microsoft Office 1997-2003 compatible format.
 
Please ensure that a correct and valid email address is sent as authors will be contacted by email regarding acceptance of their abstracts.
